Hadith 3027
٣٠٢٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (نا) هشيم بن بشير قال: (نا) عبد الرحمن بن إسحاق عن أبي بردة عن أبي موسى قال: قال النبي ﷺ: "أعطيت فواتح الكلم وخواتمه وجوامعه"، قال: (قلنا) (١): (علمنا) (٢) مما علمك اللَّه. قال: فعلمنا التشهد (٣).
Hazrat Abu Musa narrates that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that broad, comprehensive, and concise words have been granted to me. We submitted, "Teach us also something from what Allah has taught you." Then he taught us the words of Tashahhud.
