Hadith 30261
٣٠٢٦١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن حماد في الرجل يقول للرجل: إن في ظهرك حد الزنا، قال: إن شاء قال: إنما قلت: إن في ظهرك لموضع (١)، قال: ليس عليه حد.
Hazrat Shu’bah narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Hammad regarding a person who said to another: “Surely, your back will be lashed with the hadd punishment for adultery.” He (Hammad) said: If he wishes, he may say it like this: “Surely, I only meant that your back is a place where hadd could be applied.” He said: In this case, the hadd punishment will not be carried out on him.
