٣٠٢٥٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن (مبارك) (١) وعبد الرزاق عن معمر عن عبد الكريم عن سعيد بن المسيب قال: لا حد إلا على من نصب الحد نصبًا.
Hazrat Abdul Kareem narrates that Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib said: The hadd (prescribed punishment) will not be enforced except upon the person who commits the act of hadd in an absolutely clear and manifest manner.
