Hadith 30210
٣٠٢١٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن حماد قال: أما الزاني فيخلع عنه ثيابه وتلا: ﴿وَلَا تَأْخُذْكُمْ بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ﴾ [النور: ٢]، (قلت) (١): هذا في الحكم (قال: هذا في الحكم) (٢) والجلد.
Hazrat Sha’bah narrates that Hazrat Hammad said: As for the adulterer, his clothes will be removed, and he recited this verse: Translation: And do not let pity for them seize you concerning Allah’s religion. The narrator says: I said, “This verse is about the ruling.” He replied: This is about the ruling and about the lashes.
