٣٠١٨٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن مبارك عن الحسن قال: قال عمر: (روع) (١) السارق ولا (تراعه) (٢) (٣).
Hasan Basri narrates that Hazrat Umar said: "Intimidate the thief and do not show leniency towards him."
