٢٩٨٧٦ - وعن حماد عن إبراهيم في العبدين يفقأ أحدهما عين صاحبه، قال: إن كانت قيمتهما سواء فالعين بالعين، وإن كانت قيمة أحدهما أكثر من (الآخر) (١) (رد) (٢) الأكثر على الأقل.
29876 - From Hammad, from Ibrahim, regarding two slaves, one of whom gouges out the eye of his companion, he said: If their values are equal, then an eye for an eye; but if the value of one of them is greater than the (other) (1) (the greater) (2) compensates the lesser.
