٢٩٨٤٩ - (وعن) (١) مغيرة عن إبراهيم ﴿وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ مِيثَاقٌ﴾ [النساء: ٩٢]، قالا: الرجل يسلم في دار الحرب، فيقتله الرجل: ليس عليه الدية وعليه الكفارة.
29849 - (And from) (1) Mughira from Ibrahim: “And if he belonged to a people between whom and you there is a treaty” [النساء: ٩٢], they said: A man accepts Islam in the land of war, and another man kills him: there is no blood money upon him, but the expiation is due.
