Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ismail bin Abu Khalid narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Sha’bi that a goat ate someone’s flour during the day, and another narrator said: it ate someone’s spun cloth. So Hazrat Shurayh declared this invalid and recited this verse: Translation: When the goats enter it belonging to the people. And in Hazrat Ismail’s narration, it is stated: Surely, the goats’ entering will be at night.
