Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Tariq narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Sha'bi that a goat entered the premises of a cloth weaver and spoiled the yarn he had spun, so Imam Sha'bi did not hold the owner of the goat liable because it was daytime.
