٢٩٨٠٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن مجالد عن الشعبي عن شريح قال: إلا أن ينخسها إنسان فيضمن الناخس.
Hazrat Sha'bi narrates that Hazrat Shurayh said: Except if a person has pricked the animal with a nail to make it run fast on the haunch, then the one who pricked with the nail will be held liable.
