Hadith 29740
٢٩٧٤٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن أبي إسحاق عن عمرو بن غالب عن عائشة قالت: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لا يحل دم امرئ مسلم، إلا رجل قتل فقتل، أو رجل زنى بعد ما أحصن، أو رجل ارتد بعد إسلامه" (١).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The blood of a Muslim man is not lawful except in three cases: a person who has committed murder, so he should be killed; or a person who has committed adultery after being married; or a person who has become apostate after accepting Islam.
