Hadith 29739
٢٩٧٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا الأعمش عن عبد اللَّه بن مرة عن مسروق عن عبد اللَّه قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لا يحل دم امرئ يشهد أن لا إله إلا اللَّه وأني رسول اللَّه إلا أحد ثلاثة نفر: النفس بالنفس، والثيب الزاني، والتارك لدينه المفارق للجماعة" (١).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The blood of a person who testifies that there is no god but Allah and that I am indeed the Messenger of Allah is not lawful, except in one of three cases: a life for a life, a married person who commits adultery, and one who leaves his religion and separates from the community.
