Hadith 29738
٢٩٧٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الوهاب الثقفي عن أيوب (١) عن أبي قلابة قال: ما قتل على عهد رسول اللَّه ﷺ ولا أبي بكر ولا عمر رجل من المسلمين إلا (من) (٢) زنا أو قتل أو حارب اللَّه ورسوله.
Ayyub narrates that Hazrat Abu Qilabah said: No man from among the Muslims was killed during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), nor during the time of Abu Bakr, nor during the time of Hazrat Umar, except in the case of adultery, or murder, or a person who waged war against Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him).
