٢٩٦٤٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا شبابة بن سوار عن ابن أبي ذئب عن الزهري أن النبي ﷺ قضى في القسامة أن اليمين على المدعى عليهم (١).
Imam Zuhri states that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled in the case of Qasamah that the oath would be obligatory upon the defendants.
