Hadith 29613
٢٩٦١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن عيينة عن الزهري عن القاسم عن عبيد بن عمير أن رجلًا أضاف إنسانا من هذيل، فذهبت جارية منهم تحتطب، ⦗٢٤٢⦘ فأرادها على نفسها فرمته بفهر فقتلته، فرفع إلى عمر بن الخطاب (قال) (١): فذلك قتيل اللَّه، لا يؤدى أبدًا (٢).
Hazrat Ubaid bin Umair narrates that a man invited a person from the tribe of Huzail. One of their slave girls was going to cut wood. That person intended to do something wrong with the slave girl, so she struck him with a stone and killed him. Then this matter was presented before Hazrat Umar bin Khattab, so he said: He is Allah's slain one; his blood money will never be paid.
