Hadith 29606
٢٩٦٠٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن علي بن صالح عن منصور عن إبراهيم في الرجل (يأمر) (١) الرجل فيقتل قال: هما شريكان.
Hazrat Mansur says that Ibrahim stated regarding a person who ordered another man, and then he killed (someone), that both of them will be considered partners. Hazrat Waki’ said: According to us, they will be partners in the sin, but as for retribution (qisas), it will be upon the killer.
