Hadith 29604
٢٩٦٠٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر، قال: حدثنا وكيع، قال: حدثنا شعبة، قال: سألت الحكم وحمادا عن الرجل يأمر الرجل (بقتل) (١) الرجل قالا: يقتل القاتل، وليس على الآمر قود.
Hazrat Sha’bah states that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad about a person who ordered another man to kill someone. Both of them said: The killer will be killed (in retribution), and there will be no qisas (retaliation) upon the one who gave the order.
