٢٩٦٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن الحسن: لا يقتص من الجارح حتى يبرأ صاحب الجرح.
Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan Basri said: Retaliation (qisas) will not be taken from the one who inflicted the wound until the wound of the injured person has healed.
