Hadith 29582
٢٩٥٨٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن إسماعيل عن عمرو بن دينار عن طاوس عن ابن عباس قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "العمد قود إلا أن يعفو ولي المقتول" (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: In the case of intentional murder, retribution (qisas) will be taken, except if the guardian of the murdered person forgives.
