Hadith 29575
٢٩٥٧٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن عبد اللَّه بن مرة عن مسروق عن عبد اللَّه قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لا تقتل نفس ظلمًا إلا كان على ابن آدم الأول كفل من دمها؛ لأنه أول من سن القتل" (١).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: No soul is killed unjustly except that the first son of Adam bears a part of its blood's sin, because he was the first to establish the way of murder.
