Hadith 29573
٢٩٥٧٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن أبي المقدام عن (حبة) (١) بن جوين الحضرمي عن علي: ﴿رَبَّنَا (أَرِنَا) (٢) اللَّذَيْنِ أَضَلَّانَا مِنَ الْجِنِّ ⦗٢٣٤⦘ وَالْإِنْسِ﴾ [فصلت: ٢٩]، ابن آدم الذي قتل أخاه وإبليس، [الأبالس (٣).
Hazrat Habbah bin Juwain Hazrami narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) explained the verse: "O our Lord! Show us those two groups who led us astray, among the jinn and mankind" as follows: The meaning is the son of Adam who killed his brother, and the chief of the devils is meant.
