Hadith 29484
٢٩٤٨٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عباد عن حجاج عن عمير بن (سعيد) (١) قال: قال علي: إذا أقيم على الرجل الحد في الزنى أو سرقة أو قذف فمات فلا دية له (٢).
Hazrat Umair bin Saeed narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When a person is subjected to the punishment of adultery, theft, or slander, and he dies in that state, then he will not be entitled to blood money (diyat).
