Hadith 29483
٢٩٤٨٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن الحسن ومحمد في الرجل يقام عليه الحد فيموت (قالا) (١): لا دية له.
Hazrat Hisham states that a man was undergoing the enforcement of a hadd punishment when he died during the process. Regarding this, Hasan Basri and Muhammad said: He will not receive blood money (diyah).
