٢٩٣٩٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر وعمر بن هارون عن ابن جريج عن عطاء في الطبيب يبط فيموت، قال: ليس عليه عقل.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that Hazrat Ata said regarding the physician who made an incision in a boil and then the patient died, he said: Blood money will not be obligatory upon him.
