٢٩٣٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن الحسن قال: إذا جاوز الطبيب ما أمر به فهو ضامن.
Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan Basri said: When the physician exceeds what he was instructed to do, he will be held liable.
