Hadith 29395
٢٩٣٩٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم في رجل تولى قوما قال: إذا عقل عنهم فهو منهم.
Hazrat Sha’bah narrates that Hazrat Hakam, regarding a person who has established a connection with a certain people, stated: If he also pays blood money on behalf of those people, then he will be counted among them.
