Hadith 29394
٢٩٣٩٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال: قال عمر فيه: إذا والى الرجل رجلًا فله ميراثه، وعلى عاقلته عقله (١).
Imam Zuhri states that regarding this matter, Hazrat Umar said: When a person helps another person, then the one who helps will be entitled to his inheritance, and his family members will be responsible for his blood money.
