العقل على من يكون؟Upon Whom Is Blood Money Obligatory?
Hadith 29387
٢٩٣٨٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا كثير بن هشام عن جعفر بن برقان أن عمر ابن عبد العزيز (كتب) (١): لو لم يدع قرابةً إلا مواليه كانوا أحقَّ الناس بميراثه فأحمل عليهم عقله كما يرثونه.
Hazrat Ja'far bin Burqan narrates that Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote a letter: "No one has left kinship and relationship except that his mawali are the most entitled among people to his inheritance. Therefore, place the burden of his blood money upon them just as they become his heirs."
