العقل على من يكون؟Upon Whom Is Blood Money Obligatory?
Hadith 29385
٢٩٣٨٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: اختصم علي والزبير في (ولاء) (١) موالي صفية (إلى عمر) (٢) فقضى ⦗١٩٢⦘ عمر بالميراث للزبير، وبالعقل على علي (٣).
Ibrahim narrates that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Zubair brought the matter of the allegiance (wala’) of the freed slaves of Safiyyah to Umar. Umar decided the inheritance in favor of Zubair and made the blood money obligatory upon Ali (may Allah be pleased with him).
