Hadith 29351
٢٩٣٥١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن إسماعيل عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم قال: ليس للزوج ولا للمرأة عفو في الدم، إنما العفو إلى أولياء المقتول.
Hazrat Abu Ma'shar says that Ibrahim stated: The husband and wife do not have the authority to pardon in the case of blood, because the authority to pardon belongs to the heirs of the murdered person.
