٢٩٢٩٨ - وكان ابن مسعود يقول: (١) دية المرأة في الخطأ على النصف من دية الرجل، إلا السن والموضحة فهما فيه سواء (٢).
29298 - Ibn Mas'ud used to say: (1) The blood money (diyah) for a woman in accidental cases is half that of a man, except for the tooth and the wound that exposes the bone (mudiha), for in these two they are equal (2).
