Hadith 29252
٢٩٢٥٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن يحيى بن سعيد عن سليمان بن يسار قال: كان الناس يقضون في الزمان الأول في دية المجوسي (بثمانمائة) (١)، ويقضون في دية (اليهودي) (٢) والنصراني بالذي كانوا يتعاقلون به فيما بينهم، (ثم) (٣) رجعت الدية إلى ستة آلاف درهم.
Hazrat Yahya bin Saeed narrates that Hazrat Sulaiman bin Yasar said: In earlier times, judges used to decide the blood money for a fire-worshipper as eight hundred dirhams. For Jews and Christians, they would decide the blood money as much as their tribe could collectively pay among themselves. Then the matter of blood money reverted to six thousand dirhams.
