٢٩٢٤٤ - (و) (١) عن الحكم (وحماد) (٢) عن إبراهيم قالا: دية اليهودي والنصراني والمجوسي والمعاهد مثل دية المسلم، ونساؤهم على النصف من دية الرجال، وكلان عامر يتلو هذه الآية: ﴿وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ مِيثَاقٌ فَدِيَةٌ مُسَلَّمَةٌ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ﴾ [النساء: ٩٢].
29244 - (W) (1) From al-Hakam (and Hammad) (2) from Ibrahim, they said: The blood money (diyah) of the Jew, the Christian, the Magian, and the one under covenant is like the blood money of the Muslim, and their women are half the blood money of the men. And Kilan ‘Amir would recite this verse: “And if he was from a people between you and them is a treaty, then a blood money must be delivered to his family” [النساء: ٩٢].
