شبه العمد على من يكون؟Explanation of Semi-Intentional Killing: Upon Whom Is the Blood Money?
Hadith 29212
٢٩٢١٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية عن حجاج عن قتادة عن الحسن قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "قتيل السوط والعصا شبه العمد، (فيه) (١) مائة من الإبل، أربعون منها في بطونها أولادها" (٢).
Hasan Basri narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: A person killed with a whip or a stick will be considered as killed by quasi-intent. In such a case, one hundred camels will be obligatory as blood money, of which forty should be pregnant.
