Hadith 29209
٢٩٢٠٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الوهاب بن عطاء عن إسماعيل عن الحارث وابن شبرمة (قالا) (١): هو عليه في ماله.
Ismail narrates that Hazrat Harith and Ibn Shubrumah, both of these gentlemen, stated: The blood money (diyah) for quasi-intentional killing (shibh-i-amd) will be obligatory from the wealth of the killer.
