Hadith 29207
٢٩٢٠٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة قال: سألت حمادًا عن قتل الخطأ شبه العمد، فقال: في مال القاتل.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hammad about accidental killing that is done without a weapon. He replied: Its blood money will be obligatory from the wealth of the killer. And when I asked Hazrat Hakam, he said: Its blood money will be obligatory upon the family members.
