الرجل يستعين العبد بغير إذن (سيده)Explanation of One Who Uses a Slave Without the Master's Permission
Hadith 29193
٢٩١٩٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سهل بن يوسف عن عمرو عن الحسن في الرجل يأمر الصبي بالشيء يعمله بغير إذن أهله (فيهلك) (١) الصبي، قال: عليه الضمان، فإن كان استأمر أهله فلا ضمان عليه، وفي العبد مثل ذلك.
Hazrat Amr says that Hasan Basri, regarding a person who ordered a child to do some work and the child acted on his order without the permission of his family and because of this he died, said: The responsibility (guarantee) will be upon that person, and if the child had sought permission from his family, then there will be no responsibility upon that person. The same ruling applies in the case of a slave.
