Hadith 29191
٢٩١٩١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا شريك عن جابر عن عامر عن علي قال: من استعان صغيرًا حرًا أو عبدًا فعنت فهو ضامن، ومن استعان كبيرًا لم يضمن (١).
Hazrat Aamir Sha'bi narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Whoever seeks help from a small free child or a slave, and that child is harmed, then that person will be held responsible. But whoever seeks help from an adult, he will not be held responsible.
