٢٩١٦٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن نمير ويعلى بن عبيد عن عبد الملك عن عطاء في رجل عدا عليه فحل فضربه بالسيف أيضمن؟ قال: نعم.
Hazrat Abdul Malik narrates that Hazrat Ata was asked about a man who was attacked by a bull and then he killed it with a sword; will this person be held liable? He replied: Yes. And Ibn Numair has narrated these words: That person will be held liable.
