٢٩١٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ عن أشعث عن الحسن في الرجل يلقي البهيمة فيخافها على نفسه، قال: يقتلها وثمنها عليه.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hasan Basri said regarding the person who approached an animal and then, fearing for his life, killed it, then its price will be obligatory upon him.
