٢٩١٦٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال: يغرم قاتل البهيمة ولا يغرم أهلها ما قتلت.
Hazrat Muammar narrates that Hazrat Zuhri said: The one who kills the animal will be held liable, and the owner of the animal will not be held liable if the animal kills someone.
