٢٩١٦٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا مغيرة بن أبي الحر أن بعيرًا افترس رجلًا فقتله فجاء رجل فقتل البعير، فأبطل شريح دية الرجل وضمن الرجل ثمن البعير.
Hazrat Waki’ reports that Hazrat Mughira bin Abu Al-Hurr said: A camel attacked a man and killed him. Meanwhile, another man came and killed the camel. So Hazrat Shurayh annulled the blood money for the man and made that man liable for the price of the camel.
