٢٩١٦١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (وكيع قال: حدثنا) (١) ابن عون عن ابن سيرين عن أبي هريرة قال: البهيمة عقلها جبار، والمعدن عقله جبار، والبئر عقلها جبار، وفي الركاز الخمس (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Sirin narrates that Hazrat Abu Hurairah said: The blood money (diyah) of one who dies by being crushed under an animal is forfeited, and the blood money of one who dies by being crushed in a mine is forfeited, and the blood money of one who dies by falling into a well is forfeited, and khums will be obligatory in treasure.
