Hadith 29159
٢٩١٥٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن الزهري عن أبي سلمة وسعيد بن المسيب عن أبي هريرة يبلغ به النبي ﷺ (١) قال: "العجماء جرحها جبار، (والبئر جبار) (٢)، والمعدن (جبار) (٣)، وفي الركاز الخمس" (٤).
Hazrat Abu Huraira narrates in a marfu’ form that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The blood of one who dies being crushed under an animal is wasted, and the blood of one who dies being crushed in a mine is also wasted, and khums (one-fifth) is obligatory in treasure.
