٢٩١٥٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن أشعث عن الشعبي قال: صاحب الدابة ضامن لما أصابت الدابة بيدها أو برجلها، حتى ينزل عنها.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hazrat Sha'bi said: The owner of the animal will be liable for any damage caused by the animal's front or back legs until the rider dismounts from the animal.
