Hadith 29075
٢٩٠٧٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد عن عيسى عن الشعبي قال: ليس في جائفة ولا مأمومة ولا منقلة قصاص، ولا في الفخذ إذا كسرت.
Isa said that Hazrat Sha'bi stated: There is no qisas (retaliation) for a wound that reaches inside the belly, nor for a wound that reaches the membrane of the brain, nor for a wound that exposes the bones of the head, and there is also no qisas in the case of a broken thigh.
