Hadith 29073
٢٩٠٧٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش عن عبيد اللَّه بن عبيد الكلاعي عن مكحول قال: لا يقاد من الجائفة والمأمومة والمنقلة والناخرة.
Hazrat Ubaidullah bin Ubaid Kala'i narrates that Hazrat Mak'hool said: Retaliation (qisas) will not be taken in the case of a wound that penetrates into the abdomen, nor in the case of a wound that reaches the membrane of the brain, nor in the case of a wound that exposes the bones of the head, nor due to the breaking of the tip of the nose.
