Hadith 29072
٢٩٠٧٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: لا يقاد من الجائفة، ولا من المأمومة، ولا من المنقلة، ولا من شيء يخاف فيه على النفس، ولا من شيء لا يأتي كما أصاب صاحبه.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that Hazrat Ata said: Qisas (retaliation) will not be taken in the case of a wound that penetrates inside the abdomen, nor in the case of a wound that reaches the membrane of the brain, nor in the case of a wound where the bones of the head become exposed, nor will qisas be taken in exchange for a wound that poses a danger to a person's life, nor in exchange for a wound that cannot be inflicted in the same manner as the assailant inflicted.
