Hadith 29071
٢٩٠٧١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: ليس في الأمة والمنقلة والجائفة قود، (إنما) (١) عمدها الدية في مال الرجل.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that Ibrahim said: In the case of a head wound that reaches the membrane of the brain, a wound in which the bones become exposed, and a wound that penetrates into the abdomen, there is no qisas (retaliation). Indeed, in the case of intentionally inflicting a wound, blood money (diyat) will be obligatory upon the person's wealth.
