Hadith 29018
٢٩٠١٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم عن زهير عن الحسن بن الحر عن الحكم عن إبراهيم والشعبي عن عبد اللَّه بن مسعود أن العبد لا يقاد من العبد في جراحة عمد ولا خطأ إلا في قتل عمد (١).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood said that indeed, for a slave in exchange for a slave, neither is retribution (qisas) taken intentionally for causing injury nor unintentionally, except in the case of deliberate murder (in which case retribution will be taken).
